Eric Frazier is a mortgage banking professional with 41 years of experience in sales management, operations, and marketing.  He has over 31 years of experience in real estate as a licensed California Real Estate Agent and 21 years as a Real Estate Broker. Additionally, he has 41 years of experience in mortgage lending as a mortgage banker NMLS 461807.  He is a graduate of the University of Redlands in Redlands, California. He has an MBA with an emphasis in finance and a BS in business administration and management. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of California Riverside, teaching e-commerce and lecturing on the U.S. mortgage crises to international business and political leaders.  He is a Co-Founder with his wife, Ruby L. Frazier, CEO of Frazier Group Realty (www.fraziergrouprealty.com), a full-service, family-owned, and family-operated real estate brokerage.  He has been married to Ruby Lee Gordon Frazier for 41 years, and together, they have 4 children and 4 grandchildren.
