He worked diligently and never gave up even when there were problems. He called me often to keep me updated and explained everything. He always made sure i knew what was going on and always had my best interest at heart! He told me he could get me financed and he got me an exceptional rate and a good loan amount to find exactley what i needed. I can not say enough good things about him. I was very lucky to have Kailin as my lender because he made the loan process a lot less stressful than I was expecting through his constant communication, patience and friendly demeanor. He was very responsive with the questions that I had and he was always available through text and email. He also made sure that the loan closed on time. The best part about working with Kailin is that he kept his promises about our closing costs and mortgage rate which saved me a lot of money. In the midst of a pandemic, when everyone was shut in, Joseph was tenaciously at work every day making sure that my home loan got financed within 60 days. I started the process of looking for a home with my realtor May Martinez in late May. Joseph had my file and pulled credit at the end of May. I closed on July 2nd.
